How you doin???

Let May 27 be the day for all of us to cherish as the day when the cast of F.R.I.E.ND.S. Reunited!

Now F.R.I.E.ND.S. isn't just another sitcom it's an emotion like no other. No matter where you are or how low was the blow life served you a YouTube video of bloopers or binging the whole series for (n + 1)th time would just be the high point of the day. Now this works just the same even if you're happy, proud of your new achievement as well. 

See... 

Of late I was pointed out that those who watch F.R.I.E.ND.S. on repeat are frustrated. Oh the audacity! Wanna know my reply to that? 

"Or maybe you're a shitty friend that didn't deserve to be by my side!", said the badass bitch me.

Those guys created a haven, a niche, a safe house for all of us (talking to the hardcore fans here). They gave us just what we wanted... Friends... Who become family... You know... Not the ones we mostly get... Shitty betrayal kind...

(I know you've had them too.. here, a virtual hug for you 🤗)

We all relate to it differently. It was funny, lovable, romantic. The perfect potpourri. While watching the reunion I found out I am not the only one... People literally from all parts of the world resonate with me. And at the end of the day that's what all of us need. People who get you.. people who could be the Joey to my Chandler. 

And no we don't live in a bubble. Friendships are ruined, tainted & destroyed just because few of us are, if simply put in a layman's language, douche bags! 

That's it I said that & God! it had to be said! (Statutory warning: the badass bitch me is a new addition to my already refined personality).

So as I have had my share of curved balls thrown at me of which some I hit out of the park & some just helped me be me, I can say, we might not find a Joey, Chandler, Phoebe, Monica, Rachel & Ross in our lives but we could be one... And if we come across some shitty people we just shut our door to them. 

F.R.I.E.ND.S. has taught me some life lessons & I am gonna cherish this for life. Hell! I am gonna make sure my kids, grand kids & great grands kids watch & cherish it too. That's my legacy (I'll add Harry Potter too, but whose counting)
