A Date

Hey you! I hope your dating life is going smooth. What? You don't have a date? No! You're being serious right now! Hang in there buddy, you're a catch. Now some of us wouldn't be relating to these emotions. Why? 'Cause they've got dates. But feel free to join this conversation & don't be such a frosty noser, now.

Well dating or single doesn't matter, well, atleast to me. I mean there are people who keep hopping & there are people who wait & there are people who are the best of both worlds. Whoever you're I couldn't care less. That's your choice of life & I am cool with it, honey.

When we all started off this endeavour of dating, yup like a zillion years ago, we all had the picture of us dating someone, the perfect date! Yeah, opening some closed doors tonight 😉. The anticipation, the expectation, the cold feet, the second thoughts, the sweet music, the romantic weather & dim lights. Seated opposite to you, your dream partner, flawless, eyes so deep & insightful, smile so captivating... Oh I could go on. Come back honey, come back to the conversation!

I am a sapiosexual just in case you wanted to know. I prefer brain to brawn. To each her own 🥂. I have been an avid reader all my life. But couldn't quite follow up with my job. But of late I have been inclining more on novels. A return of sorts. And I felt the rush I used to have 3 years 10 months & 5 days ago. Citing hours, minutes & seconds would be a tad bit too much. But you get my point don't you. So here I was voraciously reading my novel when my eye suddenly went looking for my mini library. I could find my stack of Dan Brown novels. My collection of his works are predominantly on the Prof. Robert Langdon series. Hmm. If you know, you know!

It's not what he writes, it's his research, his hardwork & his knowledge. And the fact that both of us Sidney Sheldon fans, makes it even more amazing. I think I am at a loss of better words here, see how sentiments fog your brain. Duh!

I have been so head over heels for Dan Brown & I didn't even realise it. So I have been thinking that my ideal/perfect/awesome date would be a walk & talk with Dan Brown near some ancient building over cobbled streets discussing about World in general & then enjoying some Moroccan coffee over some rustic Mediterranean backdrop. Just perfect! I will just confess here, I would just love to pick his brain over some coffee. And I would cherish that afternoon for my life. Enough about me. What about you? What would be your "perfect date"? Let me know in the comment section!!

And on that note, it's Suchis & I am signing off.
